Victor was born in Belgium and met Margaret when he was on holiday in Ireland.
After a whirlwind romance, Victor married Margaret on 27 December 1966 at the Precious Blood Church in Cabra West, Dublin.
Victor took Margaret to live in Aachen, Germany where was a teacher at the NATO base.
Victor and Margaret returned to Ireland and lived in Kells, County Meath for almost 20 years.
